Packing
All items are priced exclusive of packing and shipping. We can pack, ship, deliver locally and install any of our products. Please contact us for the packing charges for any item.

Shipping
Shipments will be made whenever possible by the carrier and in the manner requested by the customer. Freight is shipped collect. All merchandise is packed to comply with carrier requirements. Upon receipt by the consignee before acceptance and the delivering carrier should be requested to record the shortage or damage. You should retain the original packing materials for inspection by the carrier should concealed damage be discovered. Claims for factory shortages must be reported within ten days.

Installation
We can install any of our products. Please call for information and pricing. Out of area travel charges will apply.

Pairs
Pairs of any item should be ordered together. We will not be responsible if items ordered at different times do not exactly match. Slight irregularities are proof of the exclusive craftsmanship process and confirm the high value and the nature of our items.

Chain and Wire

All fixtures are shipped with approximately two feet of chain and wire. Longer lengths of chain and wire are available at additional cost. Crystal chandeliers are shipped with the exact amount of crystal needed. No overages are provided. Additional crystals may be purchased.

Lamp Shades
Our shades are handcrafted and designed to complement the lamp base. Fabric substitutions or variations to lamp shades are not available. If an alternative shade is ordered to be used with a lamp base, we assume no responsibility for the compatibility of the base and substituted shade.
